For orders under CHF 65, we charge a shipping fee. This fee covers the costs we incur to deliver your items safely and efficiently. Nevertheless, we have great news! If your order value is CHF 65 or more, we offer free shipping throughout Switzerland. For orders over CHF 45, you pay less shipping.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days and we will replace it at no additional cost or refund you the amount in the form of a voucher.
