Die PAICAR Heavy Cut Politur 01 sorgt für eine maximale und zugleich kontrollierte Lackkorrektur am Autolack bei stark beanspruchten Fahrzeugoberflächen. Schleifkratzer der Körnung P1200–P2000 sowie tiefe Defekte werden effektiv und dauerhaft entfernt, ohne diese nur zu kaschieren. Die wasserbasierte, silikonfreie Formel macht diese Politur ideal für die erste Stufe der professionellen Autopflege und Lackaufbereitung.

Anleitung & Tipps

Anwendungshinweise:

1. Vor der Anwendung gut schütteln: Schüttle die PAICAR Heavy Cut Politur 01 gründlich, damit sich die wasserbasierte, silikonfreie Politur optimal vermischt und ihre volle Schleifleistung für die Lackkorrektur entfalten kann.

2. Lackoberfläche vorbereiten: Der Lack muss sauber, trocken und frei von Staub, Schmutz, Fetten oder alten Produktrückständen sein, um eine präzise und sichere Lackaufbereitung zu gewährleisten.

3. Politur auftragen: Trage eine kleine Menge der Heavy-Cut-Politur auf ein geeignetes hartes oder mittelhartes Polierpad oder direkt auf die Poliermaschine auf.

4. Polieren: Arbeite die Politur mit einer Rotations- oder Exzenterpoliermaschine in gleichmässigen, überlappenden Bahnen ein. Verwende kontrollierten Druck und eine moderate Drehzahl, um Schleifkratzer der Körnung P1200–P2000 sowie tiefe Lackdefekte effektiv und dauerhaft zu entfernen.

5. Rückstände abnehmen: Entferne die Politurreste mit einem sauberen, weichen Mikrofasertuch und kontrolliere das Ergebnis. Bei Bedarf den Poliervorgang wiederholen oder mit einer feineren Politur fortfahren.

Tipps & Tricks:

• Pad sauber halten: Reinige das Polierpad regelmässig während der Arbeit, um konstante Schleifleistung und ein sauberes Polierbild zu gewährleisten.

• In Sektionen arbeiten: Bearbeite den Lack abschnittsweise, um maximale Kontrolle bei der Lackkorrektur zu behalten und Überhitzung zu vermeiden.

• Finish einplanen: Nach der Heavy-Cut-Stufe empfiehlt sich eine Medium- oder Finish-Politur, um feine Schleifspuren zu entfernen und den Glanz zu perfektionieren.
